Q1. Are your products tested on animals?
Answer: NO! But we get them independently examined for safety.
Q2. Are the products organic?
Answer: Not yet – each product contains significant quantities of real plant extracts and essential oils, and not all of these are available as certified organic yet. We are using organic lavender essential oil in our Lavender Tease BathPod from June 2007.
Q3. Are they safe for children?
Answer: Yes – but they are designed for adults. However, our children love the BathPods™ - especially ‘Rosy Glow’ and ‘Chocolate Bathing Chunks’.
Q4. What if I’m not happy with the products?
Answer: We have a 100% no quibble money back guarantee. But we would be surprised if you need to use it!

Q5. Is the packaging recyclable?
Answer: The BathPods™ packaging is made from recycled materials and is 100% recyclable; so are our bottles (PET).
Q6. Is your secure server, secure?
Answer: Yes - When you enter your credit card details the website transfers you to the Secure Server (also called SSL) where you will see a GOLDEN PADLOCK displayed. Your actual credit card details are at no point held in plain text they are encrypted using the best industry standard software.
Q7. Will the Chocolate Bathing Chunks BathPod™ stain me or my bath?
Answer: No – but you will get some small particles of undissolved cocoa in the bottom of the bath – these rinse clear with water.
